Marshall & Ilsley Corporation to Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 27, 2010

Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE:MI) (M&I) today announced that the Corporation's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 10 a.m. (Central Daylight Time) at the Cooley Auditorium, located on the Milwaukee Area Technical College campus, 1015 North 6th Street, second floor, Milwaukee, Wis.

The Corporation's 2010 Proxy Statement and 2009 Annual Report to Shareholders are available online at www.micorp.com. In addition, M&I shareholders will be mailed a notice of the annual meeting which includes voting instructions and instructions on how to request paper copies of the Proxy Statement and Annual Report to Shareholders.
