Introduction

There are two important things to know about the MortgageMag Web Sites:

· There is no cost to access or use the system. All your inputs are FREE. This includes resume postings, company listings. forums, and even job postings.

· MortgageMag is advertising based. We get no income unless you advertise!

Structure of the System

There are many types of input to the system.  Everything starts with a User Email and password. Once you have verified your email address you can enter anything in the list.

The system uses these common fields:

1. User Information
2. Contact Information
3. Company Information
4. Client Information

User Information

A USER is defined with an email address, the UserName, and a password. Each USER can have five distinct profiles to use as contact information.

Contact Information

A contact is 'built' from:

1. Name
2. Email Address
3. Physical Address
4. Phone Numbers

Contacts can be linked to Companies,Products, Resumes, etc.

Company Information

A COMPANY starts with user a name, a short description and a complete description. You can then 'build' a more complete entry by adding:

1. Contacts
2. Web Links
3. Addresses, Phone, Numbers
4. Logos - images and banners
5. Products & Services
6. News and Press Releases
7. Event Schedules
8. Rate Sheets

Client Information

If you become a paid advertiser you will also have access to the following:

1. Daily tracking statistics
2. Banner Impressions and click-thrus.
3. Billing statements
4. Banner Maintenance
5. Unlimited job postings
6. Unlimited keyword postings
